At Jobid Venture, we sell downloadable digital products.

Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

Once a product has been:

• Downloaded

• Accessed

• Delivered electronically

it cannot be returned.

Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered if:

• Product delivery fails due to technical issues.

• Duplicate payment is made.

• The purchased product is substantially different from its description.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued because:

• You changed your mind.

• You no longer need the product.

• You purchased by mistake.

• You lack the software required to use the product.

• You did not read the product description before purchasing.
